Ripley's Horse Aid Neglect Prevention Program
A Program of the CCEHC
Ripley’s is a neglect prevention program uses vouchers to provide short-term assistance to horse owners who are in temporary financial distress.
Services provided include hay, grain and supplements, farrier service, teeth floats, castration, euthanasia and carcass removal.
